In today's episode I share some communication tips to help Parents/Guardian's with their teens. The teenage brain is not fully developed so we need to shift gears to be more patient and open for communication. This skill can definitely help stave off alcohol and drug abuse. Respecting our teens and listening with an open mind is a must in helping with prevention :)
