This podcast is an honest and vulnerable inside peak into my life. It does not have to do with Celiac Disease, IBS, or Crohn's. It has to do with life outside of my diagnosis. Starting my own business, my trip to Hawaii, and the personal growth I have experienced as an individual this year. This is outside the regular content I share, but I thought you would be interested in hearing how life has really been lately.
