The Eagle Mountain City Council gathered in work session to discuss Eagle Square Commercial Sign design, Home Business Standards, community garden initiatives, Utah Wellbeing Project Survey Results, and the Annual Community Survey. The policy session included approval of a change order for the White Hills 4MG Tank project, review of meeting minutes, and consideration of a preliminary plat for Gateway Park Phase 3. The council approved a resolution authorizing the second amendment to the Brylee Farms Phase B Development Agreement and a resolution to become an official member of the North Utah County Aquifer Council. The council considered ordinances amending Youth Council Member Term Limits and Land Disposal provisions. Major agenda items included a public hearing and ordinance to repeal and replace retaining wall construction standards, a public hearing and ordinance to rezone Pinnacles parcels from Commercial Neighborhood to Agriculture with future land use amendments, and enactment of a new chapter establishing Property Tax Allocations to direct property tax revenues toward public safety expenditures with an annual review process.
