This week I'm sharing some reflections that came up in a pretty full few days — from a change management workshop where I dug into the DISC styles and what different people really need during times of change, to chaperoning my daughter's field trip and watching third graders tackle a teamwork challenge. I also got to spend time with some fellow leaders, and it was just a good reminder of how important it is to have peers who get what you're going through.
