In this episode, I share my journey from coaching client to coach (which still includes being a coaching client at times!) and what I've come to believe about what makes coaching truly transformative. That path runs through years of community organizing and systems-change work, where I first experienced coaching as a tool for grounded, values-driven leadership. I reflect on what drew me to an approach that integrates individual growth and social change, and why I appreciate coaching regardless of the role I'm in.
