Donna Fathi, a 43-year-old mother of two and a wife, has been a part of the hair industry since 1995. She opened her own shop in Vancouver, Studio D Hair Salon, employing many up-and-coming barbers and stylists. It became one of Vancouver's biggest and busiest hair salons and barbershops, with an average staff of 20. In 2019, Donna discovered scalp micropigmentation (SMP) and decided to take a course to assist her clients experiencing hair loss, offering FLAWLESS SMP. She quickly became enamored with the art of scalp micropigmentation, becoming the first artist in Canada to master the sharp edge-up technique, leveraging her barbering background.
