Ancient Wisdom, Modern Technology & The Hero’s Journey of Our Time
Notas del episodio
In this profound and timely conversation, Ann-Peggy Divine meets Lauren Berkowitz at the intersection of ancient spirituality and artificial intelligence, of mantra and modern media, of chakras and code.
Lauren’s journey began with a life-altering health revelation — discovering she carried the BRCA gene for breast cancer. Radical surgery became the doorway to radical awakening. Through acupuncture, mantra chanting, meditation, and sound healing, she stepped into a path that merged Eastern wisdom with Western intelligence — eventually bridging spirituality, digital media, and AI.
Together, Lauren and Ann-Peggy explore a question that defines our era:
How do we integrate timeless spiritual practices with the accelerating world of technology — without losing our humanity?
They speak about:
- The rise of meditation and consciousness work in places like New York City
- Mindvalley and the global Hero’s Journey unfolding in millions of people
- The Silva method, theta states, and the power of the subconscious
- How imperfection and authenticity may become the healing antidote to polished AI culture
- Social media’s impact on younger generations — and how wisdom must rise above noise
- The Nordic countries as potential role models for the next global systems
Lauren shares her vision of making ancient practices accessible through technology — including mantra apps and AI-supported spiritual tools — while Ann-Peggy shares her own defining moment in 2015, when she encountered Divine Design in a regression so luminous that it shattered her understanding of reality.
If Divine Design was real — then everything she believed about life had been an illusion.
They move into deeply personal territory: motherhood as initiation, children as spiritual catalysts, the multidimensional Hero’s Journey, and the understanding that death is not disappearance — only transformation of form.
They discuss:
- Reincarnation and timing
- The intelligence of the body and the eyes (iridology & energetic mapping)
- The energy points written into our pupils
- Technology as both threat and opportunity
- The shift from goal-oriented living to journey-centered embodiment
This episode is not about escaping modernity. It is about mastering it — consciously.
It is about women reclaiming presence in a culture obsessed with youth and perfection. It is about balancing mental expansion with physical embodiment. It is about remembering that spirituality is not belief — it is lived experience.
And above all: It is about finding your own path in a world that is rapidly transforming.
Whether you are walking through your own Hero’s Journey, exploring meditation, navigating AI, raising children, grieving transformation, or building something new — this conversation invites you into depth, authenticity, and courage.
The future is not technological or spiritual. It is integrative.
Welcome to the field where Ancient Wisdom meets the Architecture of Tomorrow.
