Being joined to the Lord Jesus, we share in all that He is and all that He has. A phenomenal revelation! God has called His people to be “the perfect.” How is that possible, in such an imperfect world, where we battle daily with the imperfect nature of our own flesh? Jesus even insisted that believers should be perfect as our heavenly Father is perfect. Do we dare strive for such a high goal? Is it an impossible dream? Or are there biblical truths that link together like golden rungs in a ladder of perfection that stretches from earth to heaven? Maybe, just maybe, you can step up to the next level by listening to this teaching. Jesus insisted two commandments are greater than all others: loving God with all your heart and loving your neighbor as yourself. Fulfilling this dual charge should be the primary focus for anyone professing to be one of His followers. Paul tells us in the last days, quite the opposite will prevail. Multitudes will be “lovers of pleasure more than lovers of God.” (2 Tim. 3:4) This teaching may revolutionize your walk with God in this pivotal era. The body of Christ is symbolized as “one bread.” (1 Cor. 10:17). We receive this status from the compassionate Savior who declared, “I am the living bread which came down from heaven” (Jn. 6:51). His purpose in coming was to feed a desperately-hungry, spiritually-emaciated human race, starving for truth. Born-again believers inherit the same identity and purpose. Old Covenant redemption laws amazingly foreshadowed what Jesus, the great Redeemer, would accomplish in the New Covenant. Also, the same Hebrew word translated “Redeemer” is also translated three other ways producing a powerful, prophetic, New Covenant revelation. Equally mysterious and intriguing, why is the “year of Jubilee” also called the “year of God’s redeemed”? Life-changing revelation in this teaching!
