You know the homes. You’ve seen the listings. But who are the people helping buyers find them?

In this episode of Dirt Secrets, Kim and Amanda introduce you to three members of the Builders Concierge Group team: Marquita Shiever, Thomas Mackay, and Shana Garland.

This episode is a little different from our usual conversations about lots, construction, and real estate strategy. Instead, we’re getting to know the people behind the work — their families, backgrounds, passions, careers, and the experiences that brought them into real estate.

From tennis and baseball to international moves, new construction, timeshare sales, and the importance of teamwork, each team member brings a different story and perspective to the business. Enjoyed this episode? Subscribe to Dirt Secrets and follow Builders Concierge Group for more real estate ...
