The Windhoek Residents and Ratepayers Association has given the City of Windhoek 14 days to respond to concerns over municipal billing, governance, service delivery, housing, and the Red Force debt collection contract. The association says it is prepared to seek legal action if the city fails to provide satisfactory answers, following a deputation that was overshadowed by restricted public access to the council meeting.
