Dr Susy Stirling joins me to discuss the importance of strong healthcare leadership and the ever-growing role of coaching in the healthcare setting. Susy is one of the Yorkshire and Humber Associate Deans and in this role she has oversight of the Future Leaders Programme. She is also responsible for the development of the Yorkshire and Humber coaching scheme.
