Notas del episodio
What if the greatest threat to American sovereignty isn’t coming from foreign enemies, but from the very intelligence agencies created to protect us? In this explosive episode of Dangerous Intellectuals, Colonel Towner-Watkins is one of the most relentless researchers of U.S. intelligence history — pulls back the curtain on the dark origins of the American deep state. From Operation Paperclip and Gladio to MK Ultra and Mockingbird, the Colonel reveals how these programs were never isolated scandals — they formed the permanent architecture of an unaccountable empire that still operates above the Constitution today.
This isn’t ancient history. Colonel Towner-Watkins shows how that same legacy continues to weaken U.S. foreign policy, erode public trust, and threaten the republic from within. If you’ve ever sensed that something is fundamentally broken in Washington’s intelligence apparatus, this is the episode that finally connects the dots.
