Healing at the Pool
John 5:1-18
“waiting for the moving of the water”
This helpless man was waiting 38 years for the moving of the water. Can I say you are just as helpless as this man if you have not been born again? But praise be to Lord Jesus that he healed. Our sin sick souls, notice the reaction of the religious. They wanted to kill Jesus because Jesus healed on the Sabbath day, and he called Jehovah his Father. What a wonderful story that teaches not to put your trust in religion, but in a Saviour.
