Notas del episodio
On August 8th, 1971, 28- year old Carolyn Montgomery was found brutally murdered in her apartment complex in Dallas, Texas. Sometime after coming home from her job at 1:30AM, the murderer made their way into Carolyn's home and killed her while her son laid sound asleep in his bedroom. After the murder, the killer left a note, reading "The wrong one. I'm sorry." No one heard or seen a thing on that fateful morning and after 50 years, the killer remains at-large.
Did the killer know Carolyn or were they a complete strangers to one another? Was this an accident or the work of a serial killer? Was the note significant or a ruse to throw detectives off? How come no one heard or seen a thing at the time Carolyn was being murdered?
