Brief Introduction

Trailer
This is a condensed version of the Creekpadeeka Introduction clarifying the purpose of these recordings as a means of connecting to and understanding the vibrations Elizabeth is channeling. Included is an explanation of the shadow energy that "flows through all things in the Earthly realm" and the act of voicing (or yelling) "Hanz Rip!" to extract this energy from her body and her energy field. "It is crucial to the care of your health and your survival to consider what is the root of your pain." Elizabeth states that she has learned "connecting to your heart and your love is a soul changing experience."

Extended Introduction

This Extended Introduction portrays the vibrational reality of Elizabeth's channeling experiences. It covers some of her "Cast of Characters" including an explanation of Hanz Rip, a shadow vibration that creates worry, fear, and shame - making it difficult to find clarity and speak and live through the heart. "This energy intertwines itself into our being so that we are unaware of what is driving us." Included is an explanation of the act of voicing (or yelling) "Hanz Rip!" as a means of extracting this energy from her body and her energy field. This recording also introduces other energy streams that Elizabeth carries in her being. She looks to define their role in her life and her vibrational field to ultimately heal the wounds she carries. A child lost to tragic circumstances, Lil Anna Maya Rimono calls her "Mom" and declares "she found me." An alternate vibration of Anna Maya Rimono, portrays a glamorous vibrant female who grapples with the effort to speak English while explaining that "it is crucial to the care of your health and your survival to consider - what is the root of your pain?" Elizabeth discusses how her story is materializing for her "very naturally and unbelievably." Background noise is identified as an important aspect to the vibrational story that is unfolding through her reality. She states that she has learned that "connecting to your heart and your love is a soul changing experience" while the vibrations she channels speak of "fire in your heart." Various energy streams pour through Elizabeth using their languages of light to express their perspectives through song and dialogue. The mystery of their vibrational connection continues to unfold with harmony and theatrics.

Prologue - "Overlay Her Name"

A behind the scenes look at Elizabeth's experience channeling a podcast with various energy streams holding different motivations and desires. Conversing in Light Language and broken English her vibrational streams discuss the woman she loves and whether Elizabeth should "dub her name out" of the recordings. While carrying the vibrational energy of "Rim," Elizabeth feels exasperated with her circumstances and states: "You tell me nothing Reemonos! You leave me stranded here with a bunch of recordings with her name embedded all over it!" The vibrational families involved argue over what course of action to take and how to move forward with the release of the recordings. Some stating, "I don't want you to take her name out! It makes a difference." While others state that the mystery woman "does not want any part of this!" And that they can "leave it to the imagination" and just refer to her as "Her." There is discussion about removing entire episodes that refer to "Her" but then there is concern over leaving out important content with this option. Ultimately, Elizabeth decides that she needs to keep all the content and "overlay" the name of the woman she loves with the phrase "Beautiful Light." Elizabeth's daughter Hannah, a budding artist, is introduced to the story in her first over the intercom appearance requesting that she be allowed to "watch something." Elizabeth discusses the struggle with being a single mom and her child's desire for "screens." She states that she doesn't know how to "balance all of this" referring to caring for her children while channeling with vibrational families arguing over how she should handle her career and her heart break. Lil Anna Maya steps in through her vibrational connection to Hannah and voices her feelings about the woman Elizabeth loves. She states, "I don't want you to cut my mom out of this, Mommy" to which Elizabeth responds, "Anna Maya! You know what she said to me!" Lil Anna Maya then proceeds to call Elizabeth out for all the moments she churned over the painful words that resulted in her conflict with "Beautiful Light." Elizabeth is surprised by Anna Maya's blunt truth exposing how her thought track has been holding onto this pain. Stepping into her own awareness Elizabeth states, "Hanz Rip!" in an effort to shine light on the energy that has had a hold on her emotional state. At the conclusion of this channeled theatrical session is a music track where the vibrational streams involved worked together to write and perform the song "Waiting." Each of the vibrations were recorded separately through Elizabeth's channeling and then later edited together so that they could perform as an ensemble.

BONUS TRACK 01 - Part One "Clarifying Streams"

Bonus
Explícito
This Bonus Track was recorded after several hundred hours of Creekpadeeka episodes were developed. The purpose of this track is to help listeners better understand the vibrational streams being channeled and the production process used to tell this dramatic story. Elizabeth meets with her Vibrational Production Team to discuss the various streams she works with and how she may identify their names for descriptive content in her podcast. She states that she understands how she came into her life carrying many different vibrations and that Hanz Rip is an energy she is working to release from her being. Knowing that her story is unfolding with character development (despite the fact that she is not communicating with individual personas) makes this process of clarifying these energies streams incredibly complex. She states that these energy streams are "not singulars" but that she does "understand that these terms, these energies, these names" developed through her "for a reason." Reemonos respond by addressing how Elizabeth has felt the vibration of Hanz Rip speaking through her (most especially during the earlier recordings) and that in that way she has "internally personified" this stream for herself. They continue that they believe this has "created a kinship" for her and could be why she has recently shifted her thinking about the spelling of Hanz Rip. Looking to "soften it with an "S" (as Hans) in order to separate the "icky vibration" she is removing from the energy she carries in her body. Elizabeth states: "Ok. So, then is this my own inability to accept my own dark shadow?" Reemonos continue to discuss the complex issues Elizabeth faces with telling her story using English words when she is working with beings that are "not of this planet." They state that it is going to be a "creative choice" for her to make decisions about spelling but, that she should be "consistent to try to help with confusion." Elizabeth states that she understands that she is often communicating with vibrations that are beyond this Earth but that it is also clear to her that sometimes "we are talking about vibrations that are from this Earth but that are from other timelines." Reemonos discuss the importance of having to keep the stories broad in an effort to cover a wider range of energies. Stating that when we narrow the focus too much on any one lifetime or group it could lessen the effectiveness of their effort to alchemize this low vibration energy with the act of "Hanz Rip." To the satisfaction and delight of her Vibrational Production Team, Elizabeth decides to coin "Hanz Rip" as "an umbrella term for all the icky vibration that's out there." Elizabeth discusses the difficulty of understanding the various "R" vibrations she is working with, when the names of their stream identifiers are so subtle in terms of inflection. Additionally, she discusses how she senses the emotional connection of the repeating story threads where two streams of love were separated because of the interference of Hanz Rip. Elizabeth states "the family tree is intense here" as she declares she understands how these various streams have banned together in groups under specific nicknames. And that she sometimes calls her own children and dog these various names. Anna Maya Rimono reminds Elizabeth about the importance of reading the vibrations she is channeling to discern their motives (a lesson that she has learned through the episodes previously recorded). Anna Maya states, "It was important when this started that we didn't just give you all the answers. You needed to not know a lot of this information. You needed to feel your way through it." They congratulate Elizabeth for her extensive vibrational work to get her to the point where they are now able to clearly communicate with her about their loving connection and effort to heal "this very deep wound" that connects them.

BONUS TRACK 01 - Part Two "Clarifying Streams"

Bonus
Explícito
In this recording Elizabeth channels the other half of her Vibrational Production Team to discuss "Beautiful Light" and the "wound of the broken heart." She connects with the stream of Anna Maya Reemono who states that she is "Beautiful Light" (the mystery woman who can not be named in the Creekpadeeka podcast.) She continues: "I'm going to do my best to try to understand this and express it so that you understand it." She states that she loves Elizabeth and then (using explicit language) declares that as a result of the vibration of Hanz Rip that she carries, she made choices that impacted their connection. Elizabeth remembers that Hanz Rip is a part of her as well and asks if she can redirect the conversation and talk about what she is feeling in vibration. She notices that "Beautiful Light" seems to be "still in a state of being really critical" of herself and says that she wants to help her with this. Examining the "Thought Track." Elizabeth discusses how she feels that they are both mirroring Rim energy and that their experiences on a human level are a tether to the many realities where love was separated by the interference of low vibration energy. And that these energy streams that connect them, are what they are using to communicate in the moment. Elizabeth notes that "Beautiful Light" is being identified as this vibration of Anna Maya Reemono but that she also knows that "there is a lot of crossover" including a connection they both share to Anna Maya Rimono and Hanz Rip. She states, "Your vibration as I am sensing it, is still carrying a lot of the weight of Hanz Rip vibration at this point." After Elizabeth begins to get distracted by the vibration of Hanz Rip, "Beautiful Light" asks her to discuss the conversation she had with her friend Beth the evening prior. Elizabeth discusses how she had a phone call with her friend, who had recently listened to the first few recordings of the Creekpadeeka podcast, and had some questions for her about the various streams and the meaning of their names. Beth told her that she noticed that you could apply the Latin root meanings to the name Rimono and that it could stand for "again alone." After Elizabeth makes this statement a very long vibrational Hanz rip is activated, which points to the idea that this concept is valid for the story that is unfolding. Elizabeth states that she loved the experience of being interviewed by her friend about the Creekpadeeka podcast and asks her Vibrational Production Team if they think it's a good idea to record an interview with her for a future Bonus Track episode. Vibrations respond with a resounding "Yes." Elizabeth shares concerns for how to create clarity on the front end of the Creekpadeeka podcast without giving away too much. Her Vibrational Production Team states that "there is a lot to unpack in this story" and that they feel it will be beneficial for listeners to have access to information that she had to work to develop over the course of her recordings. They state it would be good to "identify the fact that the story that unfolds" is actually Elizabeth "trying to figure this information out." And that it might be helpful for listeners to know some things upfront that she was not aware of during the time of the original recordings. By having access to some information about the various energetic streams, their connections and the process behind Elizabeth's channeling, listeners may pick up on aspects of the story that they otherwise may have missed. Elizabeth further identifies the vibrational differences within the "River of Rim" noting how they represent the various kinds of love. Lil Anna Maya Rimono, holds the vibration of love for a child as well as her younger self. "Medium Anna Maya Rimono" feels like the vibration of "romantic love," and "Elder Anna Maya Rimono" feels like both her higher self as well as mother energy, "overseeing this experience."

BONUS TRACK 02 - Part One "Calling A Friend"

Bonus
Explícito
Elizabeth channels her vibrational family to discus a phone call she had with her friend Beth Scott, a talented jewelry designer and independent thinker. She had decided to have Beth interview her for the podcast but this call was only recorded as a means to test and prepare. Although the recording has some background noise Elizabeth decides they should use it for the podcast, calling it a "real take on what it's like to connect...on this level, to be able to have this important dialog about vibration" and show another perspective from her own. The call begins with Beth stating that she "was a little bit worried" that she was "affecting the whole story and the outcome by adding" her "interpretation." Elizabeth is not concerned and feels her vibrational family is not either. She says that throughout her experiences she's met other people who say things that feel like an energetic piece to the puzzle. Beth recalls that while listening to Bonus Track 01-“Clarifying Streams,” about using Latin to understand the stream name Rimono as “again alone" there was a “really emotional point…where you could kind of hear this expression of pain…from all of them.” Beth states that her “brain just kind of does these things” and that “maybe Latin has nothing to do with it.” Elizabeth says, “be careful talking yourself out of anything." She explains that in her channeling, the vibrational streams are telling stories connected to all languages and that it is “all encompassing.” She says the Latin connection is “a home run as far as the whole storyline.” Beth says even though she doesn’t “necessarily believe in…spiritual anything” she could feel “a sense of a vastness of just repeating abandonments” from this energy. Elizabeth is fascinated by Beth's take, knowing she has personally felt the massive expression of “absolute loss of love” through this vibrational work. Beth inquires how Elizabeth found her way into this creative project - wondering about her art background and how “channeling is intersecting with something of an ability.” Elizabeth says she has always been interested in art and that as a child wanted to sing but often felt muffled. After “various traumas” including a neck injury, Elizabeth realized her “throat chakra was blocked” and could be healed with sound. She began to write songs to overlay the vibration of pain in her body. When her daughter began acting in Middle School she was inspired. Elizabeth says she was learning about manifestation and had been feeling energy so “it was kind of like a crossroads for me to then create this massive idea...to write a musical with the universe.” Beth asks how traumatic events lead to Elizabeth’s ability to channel. Elizabeth says “what happens in the recordings is… the evolvement of being able to accept the traumas” she holds. She continues that “being able to feel the threads of similarities that these other vibrations carry" allows her to relate and “kind of lessens the load.” She says her “body is carrying particular vibrations” and that because those vibrations hold traumas from other realities, they transfer to her life like “karmic loops.” Elizabeth believes that she is “getting to the core wounds” by doing this vibrational healing work. Discussion continues about how low vibration impacts decision making and how thoughts and words are energy that create reality. Elizabeth states that acting in a higher vibration is ideal but that feelings are important so "wearing a mask" and pretending is not good for your vibration. They discuss energetic impact, making amends, and how "people pleasing" can be detrimental. Elizabeth discusses how she used to feel "not feminine enough" and that she had to learn to own her strength, value her authentic self and let go of fear of judgment. She says this podcast is really all about "coming into harmony" with herself and "sharing what has happened...to see if it helps other people."

Tell It Like It Is

Explícito
A very dramatic and Light Language driven episode begins with the mysterious journey of Hanz energy and the karmic vibrations tied to this stream. Hanz energy stream remembers the vibration of love that tethers them to this unfolding story as they sing to the vibration of Rima. As the awareness of this connection is discussed through Elizabeth's being she must discern who is speaking through her, what she is feeling and why. The vibration of Hanz Rip that Elizabeth carries steps up and speaks through her during various conversations that may or may not be directly tied to her personal story. While the confusion of Hanz Rip energy can interfere pretending to be relevant vibrations, it becomes clear to Elizabeth that Hanz is working through his karmic debt by meeting with these vibrations in the light and that it is up to her to direct the momentum by "speaking through the heart." Asked by an "upset" vibration tied to the Reemano stream, "Who are you anyway?" Elizabeth senses the various streams within her and responds that she believes this is a "really great question" - one she is trying to discover. She states that she "got here in a state of desperation" feeling broken and seeking help within herself. As the conversation unfolds Elizabeth speaks from the perspective of the Hanz energy within her stating, "I don't know what I did to you to piss you off, but I’m sure I’ll find out.” In an effort to clear the karmic debt she carries, Elizabeth senses her vibration of Hanz Rip and tries to make peace with these energies she's meeting in the light. "This is a new life for me, a new chance a new opportunity." "I'm trying to rebuild, overlay because I was not nice in many ways in any different lifetimes."

The Threads of Me

Explícito
Streams of energy speak Light Language until the flow of the messaging is interrupted by Elizabeth’s awareness and focus on a particular aspect of the Rima vibration. Surprising this stream with her attention Elizabeth questions, “Did you think you were going to pass through and I wouldn’t notice?” Elizabeth senses how she is carrying the vibration of Hanz Rip and states “If this has happened before, I assure you it was because I was askew in my thinking.” Shocked by this remark Rim questions, “So you know what you are doing then?” Finding the humor in this Elizabeth states, “I don’t know what I am doing. I am just feeling my way through this. Trusting my intuition.” Elizabeth discusses (through the vibration of Hanz Rip) how she has learned that in this space feelings are what matters and that this is how she is figuring out what is going on. Saying: “This is a big part of communicating that I was missing.” She continues that her goal is to create an environment where energies can come together and creatively validate their pain so that it does not consume them. That her effort is to work in the vibration of love, tap into the parts of her being that have "been through terrible things" and bring them together with the parts of her that have created "terrible things." In this way, Elizabeth believes these vibrations can learn to understand each other and "bring peace" to her "energy field." She states that she didn't know she wanted to act until she "learned from channeling" that it's very powerful to express and feel the story of another through you. Various energies speak Light Language creating a vibrational shift in the channeling session until Elizabeth begins repeatedly calling for Rema. Sounding startled, she states, "you always catch me off guard." Elizabeth responds that she senses there is so much light and beauty to this vibration but that there are parts of the stream that feel worried and seem to hide. Drawing attention to how their expression is often sighing, clearing their throat and suddenly saying (or yelling) “Oh F#ck!” when she tries to communicate. Elizabeth questions why this stream seems to feel frustrated with her. The response: “I am not frustrated with you! It’s me. I am a mess!” Elizabeth states, 'we are all facing or “S” here.' She notes that this burden that is being carried seems to be weighing them down and questions why not let it go to feel lighter. Rema responds by saying, “I am not cut out for this.” Feeling pressured by Elizabeth’s dream to do a dance number together she says, “I’m not an entertainer, dancer, runner-arounder.” Elizabeth responds, “It will be fun. You don’t have to do it!” To which Rema says, "you're always nice and I'm always wrong. So why am I around? I always mess it up." Elizabeth states that "perception is really about perspective" and that she knows that there have been many times she thought she was right and then found out she was wrong. She says the best thing is to "learn from it" because "otherwise you just keep looping over and over like a tape." Elizabeth continues that she feels there is a way to release the pain that you caused or have been a part of and "locking it away and hiding it" is just "how pain festers and gets worse." She says much of the pain she caused in this lifetime happened without her realizing she did it and that a lot of the pain she has felt came from others who were probably unaware of their impact. When questioned about what she plans to do with all her recordings Elizabeth states that she has "no idea" but that it is helping her. She asks Rema, "What do you think I should do?" and "Do you have ideas?" Rema wonders, "Are you going to tell people about us?" to which Elizabeth retorts, "That's a good question. Do I need to get releases signed?" When asked what her dream is Elizabeth states "to create collaboratively and write a musical with the universe. So, I'm doing it."
