Ladies and gentlemen, let's take the time to remembering the second greatest baseball player, Pete Rose. I can still remember my parents talking about how he was the greatest hitter of all time. Well, that is not not what he is remembered for gambling scandal. Is he worthy of the Hall of Fame, that up to you decide... Well on the happier note the Detroit Tigers beat the Houston Astros, Tarik Skubal pitched an almost perfect outing. Beau Brieske saves the day. AJ Hinch genius with the use of the bullpen
The Detroit Tigers Win the "Wild Card Series" vs the Houston Astros. What is there to say about a team that had 0.2% chance of making the playoff in August. What the bullpen has done to save Detroit, is unheard of. Before I go over the 2nd game of the wild card, the Cincinnati Reds lost an legend Pete Rose. Prolly the 2nd greatest baseball player "Charlie Hustle". Why was this man banned from the baseball Hall of Fame? The answer was cleared because of lying about gambling but there is more to it. The history of baseball has excluded players from the league for taking money to fixed games. I think there is an relation to the 1919 scandal and the reason why Pete Rose has a lifetime ban to enter the Hall of Fame. There has been talk about Devante Adams wanting to be traded. One of the places he may go is to the Detroit Lions. I personally don't think that is in the best interest for the Lions. I give you my reasoning. Come and join me on this episode of the CRAZYDRE PODCAST SHOW!
Let's be real, why did AJ Hinch start with a bullpen pitcher in game 1 verse Cleveland. Was it a set up for game 2 to start Tarik Skubal. I analyze my theory in why this scheme may have worked, for Detroit. This game was a pitchers dual among former teammates, Skubal verse Boyd. I was surprised how well Boyd played and the defensive play of Steven Kwan. Detroit basically played the perfect game without scoring until the 9th inning, Rogers, Sweeney and Carpenter come through. Did the 1st time playoff manager of Cleveland leave Clase the closer in for the wrong reason, what would you do?Come and join me on the episode of the CRAZYDRE PODCAST SHOW?
