College should be available to all that desire it. Whether you want to go to a HBCU or not the UNCF (United Negro College Fund) is providing assistance when it can to support the dream of many young people who wouldn't have had the opportunity otherwise.

The UNCF has been around since 1944 as a way to support private historically black college and universities.
