🏠Before you spend thousands renovating your house to sell it, make sure you’re fixing the right things.
I had a seller ready to replace countertops, flooring, appliances and a bathroom vanity before we listed.
But when we walked through the house from a buyer’s perspective, those weren’t the things that stood out.
The house needed better lighting, fresh paint in a few areas, cleaner landscaping, minor repairs, a deep cleaning and a lot less clutter.
So that’s where we put the effort.
No major renovation.
And once everything was finished, the house looked brighter, bigger, cleaner and much more move-in ready.
