Episode 41: Lee Garbett - "Work Hard Be Kind To People"

This week, Matthew's joined by artist Lee Garbett! Lee is the current artist on Marvel’s massive hit Daredevil teaming with writer Stephanie Phillips. The first issue went back to press 5 times. It’s one of the biggest Marvel titles of 2026. Lee gets into it regarding his comics origin story, the necessity and daunting challenge being on constant deadline presents, how he’s evolved in his two decades working on Marvel, DC, TMNT, and more. He’s just such a proper gent and it was a lovely cozy chat with someone who is far more humble than he needs to be.
