In this solo episode, I wanted to break down some of the narratives that were forming in the headlines pertaining to the NAR Settlement that went into effect August 17, 2024 (Check out episode 21 & 27 if you haven’t done so already). I wasn’t sure the best way to go about it. I started looking up statistics on the amount of buyers that wanted to use an agent for representation, the data showing how many agents were in the business in 2021 compared to now, the pros and cons to using a buyers agent, etc. I didn’t feel like any of that information was doing justice to the main point I was trying to showcase which was simply, I’m happy with the people who choose to work with me.
