INGREDIENTS

• 2 ounces vodka

• 1 tablespoons Tang powder (for infusing)

• 0.5 ounces blue curaçao

• 0.5 ounces fresh lime juice

• 2 ounces club soda

• 1 tablespoons gray sanding sugar (for rim)

• 0.3 teaspoons edible silver luster dust (for rim)

• 1 lime wedge (to wet rim)

STEPS

1. Infuse the vodka: Stir 1 tablespoons Tang powder (for infusing) into 2 ounces vodka in a jar, let sit 15 minutes, then strain out any undissolved powder.

2. Prep the moon-dust rim: Mix 1 tablespoons gray sanding sugar (for rim) and 0.3 teaspoons edible silver luster dust (for rim) on a small plate. Run 1 lime wedge (to wet rim) around the rim of a glass, then dip the rim into the gray sugar mix.

3. Build the drink: Fill the glass with ice. Pour in the Tang-infused vodka, then add 0.5 ounces blue curaçao and 0.5 ounces fresh lime juice.

4. Top and serve: Top with 2 ounces club soda, give it one gentle stir so the blue curaçao swirls like a 'soundstage sky,' and garnish with a small foil star or flag toothpick planted in the rim.
