Plus, we’re telling the full story of why both Stephanie and Shelby ended the night in wheelchairs...because no Disney trip is complete without a little chaos. If you’re planning a Disney vacation and wondering whether After Hours is worth adding to your trip, this episode gives you the honest, real life breakdown you need.

Introductions

Welcome to Chaos & Carry-Ons — the podcast where we talk about travel and how to plan an awesome vacation. In our very first episode, we’re introducing ourselves, sharing why we started this podcast, and what you can expect in future episodes — from family trips and kid-free getaways to travel fails, real-life chaos, and the stories you’ll still be laughing about years later. Plus, Shelby tells the iconic childhood story of thinking she was headed to Disney World, only to end up at a putt-putt golf course in Florida instead — a travel betrayal that set the tone for this entire podcast. If you love honest travel stories, marriage laughs, and the kind of trips that never go exactly as planned, you’re in the right place.
