This story looks into the murder and torture of a 16 year old girl named Sylvia who was left in the care of a woman named Gertrude Baniszewski. Sylvia’s parents work with a traveling carnival to decided to entrust Gertrude with taking care of two of their children Sylvia and Jenny. Little did the know what would take place while they were away and they would lose their daughter in the process.
