Simon is in trouble again and seeks out Kevin's help rather than the help of his parents. The Rev wants to see how things play out with Kevin coming to the rescue and sits back and sees how Kevin handles things. The Rev and Annie also do some meddling in order to find permanent homes for some foster children.
