Welcome to Cager's Coffee Break!
Have you ever carefully folded a fitted sheet and thought, "This time I've got it figured out," only to end up with something that looks like a giant wrinkled burrito? Whoever invented fitted sheets must have had a terrific sense of humor. Thankfully, not everything in life has to be perfectly put together—sometimes it's enough just to do our best and have a good laugh along the way.
Today's featured coffee is Blame It on the Volcano, our rich Guatemalan roast with notes of chocolate, caramel, and toffee. It's smooth, full-bodied, and perfect for anyone who enjoys a coffee with a little extra character.
Today's coffee tidbit: The temperature of the water matters more than most people realize. Coffee tastes best when brewed between 195° and 205°F. Water that's too hot can make coffee bitter, while cooler water leaves it tasting weak.
Just like brewing coffee, life often comes down to balance. Too much rushing or too little patience can change the outcome. God has a perfect timing for everything, so remember to keep brewing kindness one cup at a time.
