Buffy Turns Into a Helpless Princess?! | Halloween Rewatch

This week on Buffy Babes, we’re talking about one of the MOST fun episodes ever… Buffy Season 2 Episode 6: Halloween 🎃

And honestly… we loved this one.

Everyone turns into their costumes, Buffy loses all her confidence, Xander suddenly becomes a full-on soldier, and Willow ends up as a ghost… and somehow it all just works so well. It’s chaotic, funny, and such a perfect reset after the heavier episodes.

We chat about:

• Why we LOVE these “lose your identity” episodes
• Ethan Rayne being one of the best human villains
• Willow’s confidence glow-up (we see you 👀)
• Buffy trying to be Angel’s “type” and why it’s so relatable
• The little hints of Cordelia and Angel that we never noticed before
• Why Spike actually feels like a real threat here

And of course… we go off on tangents about Giles’ past, the Buffy reboot rumours, and all the little details that make this show so rewatchable.

💬 What would YOU turn into on Halloween in Sunnydale? And do you love this episode as much as we do? Tell us in the comments!
