🎓 He earned his Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management, followed by a Master's degree in Management, both from Bocconi University.

✈ After completing his degree, he decided to broaden his horizons and embarked on an exchange program in Shanghai.

💁🏻‍♂ During his master's program, Massimo interned at Accenture, a prominent company in the consulting field, before commencing his career as an analyst at Unicredit.

💸 Subsequently, he relocated to London, where he joined JP Morgan, the world's largest bank. He began as an associate and progressed through the ranks, eventually reaching the positions of Senior Associate and Vice President.
