Marked for Death, Chosen for Purpose ft. D”Angelo aka God Sent Baby

What happens when the streets know your name, death keeps knocking at your door, and God keeps saying, “Not yet”?

In this powerful episode of Break Phree Podcast, Deangelo, also known as God Sent, shares the unfiltered truth about gang life, having guns pointed at him, surviving shootouts, walking away with a target on his back, and the moment he realized he wasn’t built for the streets—he was built to lead.

He opens up about almost catching a life-changing felony, losing his mother to breast cancer, the heartbreaking loss of a child, building a marriage from the ground up, and raising five children while refusing to let his past define his future.

This isn’t just a story about survival. It’s about purpose, redemption, faith, and the courage to leave behind everything you’ve ever known to become the man God called you to be.

If you’ve ever wondered whether your past disqualifies you from your purpose, this conversation will remind you that God can use your deepest pain to build your greatest calling.
