Notas del episodio
In this episode of Books & Tea with KD, I review and discuss Down to Earth by Tammy D. Walker, a surprising entry in the cozy mystery genre that doesn’t include a murder.
Stacey, a mother of four living in Daws County, Texas, investigates a series of mysterious tower destructions in her rural community. As she uncovers clues, she also faces tension at home, especially with her youngest daughter, Addie, who wants to graduate high school early and travel the world like her adventurous aunt.
This book bucks cozy mystery norms by skipping the dead body and focusing more on family, community, and identity.
