The NHS is the UK's biggest employer of black and minority ethnic staff. What has it found it so hard to make progress on equality at work? How do we move from tick box exercises and make a real impact on equity and inclusion?

Anybody who is even vaguely interested in diversity, inclusion and racial equity in the NHS has heard of Roger Kline and so I was really keen to ask if he would take part in Black All year and honoured and excited when he agreed.
