And Peter - 9/27 Sunday AM

Peter promised he would never deny Jesus, yet before the rooster crowed, he denied Him three times. But Peter’s failure wasn’t the end of his story.

When the angel announced the resurrection, the message was, “Tell his disciples and Peter.” — Mark 16:7

Peter had failed Jesus, but Jesus had not forgotten Peter. Through restoration, grace, and purpose, God used the man who once denied Christ to boldly proclaim Him.

Failure is not final when you belong to Jesus.

Sometimes the sweetest words in Scripture are simply: “And Peter.”
