What does it feel like to have 7 million+ views on an Instagram reel? Having experienced this herself, Jo Hutton is here to tell us all about it. When Jo walked into a yoga class for the first time over 15 years ago, she didn’t know her whole world would change forever. After seeing the transformational results that yoga brought to herself, she decided to dedicate her life to sharing the gift of yoga with others. Jo runs Happy Yoga Newcastle, an online yoga membership and studio, and Newcastle Yoga School where she trains people to become yoga teachers themselves. She was awarded Senior Yoga Teacher status by the Yoga Alliance Professionals in 2019.
