USC soccer alum Simone Jackson joins CrashLit on Behind The Caution Tape to discuss her experience at USC, both on and off the field. Simone talks about how her family's deep ties to USC drew her to the school, even from a young age, what she has learned through her days at USC, and what her plans are after graduation. Simone discusses what it was like to win USC's first Big Ten title as well as her experience advancing all the way to the Elite Eight. S1E24: Volley-Hooping

CrashLit then talks about women's water polo's performance in their first two games, and highlighting key players to watch. He then talks about Jazzy Davidson's recent accomplishments before discussing women's basketball's performance on their current roadtrip. He then moves to men's basketball's results and upcoming games, and also honors Gus Williams and congratulates Jerry Easter II on his McDonald's All-American Game nomination. CrashLit finally closes out the episode recapping men's volleyball, and why their showdown at CSUN on Wednesday is a crucial match.

S1E23: Ethan Anderson Talks USC, Elite Eight, and Hoops Career

USC men's basketball alum Ethan Anderson joins CrashLit for a special interview on Behind The Caution Tape to talk about his love for basketball and his hoops journey at USC. Ethan also discusses his basketball experiences at both Wyoming and Pepperdine after graduating from USC and what he learned from them. CrashLit also talks to Ethan about his current entrepreneurial venture and how he plans to continue to be involved with the USC men's basketball program. S1E22: More Hoops and the Start of Men's Volleyball

CrashLit opens by talking about the latest portal additions for the football team, why he is excited about the hire of Chad Savage, and who made the AP All-Bowl Team. He then talks about the Five ACWPC Men’s Water Polo All-Americans from USC, and where Tyrah Arial has decided to play her final year of women's volleyball. He then talks about the upcoming meets for swim and dive following the cancellation of the UCSD meet, how women's tennis fared in Hawaii. Next, CrashLit talks previews women's water polo's first games of the season. He then talks about how men's basketball fared on the road last week before previewing their games at home this week. He then breaks down men's volleyball's first two wins of the season, and why he is very optimistic about this year's team heading into the rest of the season. Finally, CrashLit ends by talking about women's basketball's wins last week, and how they can take advantage of the extra time off to prepare for Indiana.

S1E21: B1G Basketball in Full Swing

CrashLit starts by talking about football regarding the latest departure and latest arrival, and also congratulates Reggie Bush on being inducted into the Rose Bowl Hall of Fame. He then talks about which players made VB Magazine All-American teams, and which incoming players took part in the Under Armor Next Volleyball All America Game in Orlando last week. He also congratulates Helena Sampaio on signing a pro contract with a professional team in Sweden. He then previews women's tennis starting dual play in Hawaii, as well as swim and dive resuming its season against UCSD this weekend. He then previews the start of men's volleyball this season. CrashLit then moves to talking about women's basketball and who beat this week before discussing the importance of their games this week. He closes out by talking about John Rudometkin's induction into the National Collegiate Basketball Hall of Fame and a big recruiting win for Eric Musselman and the men's basketball team before discussing the =loss to Michigan, and why bouncing back on the road is important this week.

S1E20: Basketball and (Las Vegas) Bowling

CrashLit opens the episode talking about women's volleyball associate head coach Tyler Hildebrand leaving USC to take the head coaching job at Saint Mary's. He then discusses where the men's volleyball team placed in the preseason rankings before discussing who on the men's and women's golf teams competed or is currently competing in competitions. He then discusses the football team's win in the Las Vegas Bowl and who stood out to be a standout player in 2025. CrashLit then talks about women's basketball did in their first home Big Ten game against Michigan and what the team should expect as they get into the thick of Big Ten play. Finally, CrashLit closes out the episode discussing men's basketball's game against Michigan on Saturday.

S1E19: Nick Lopez On Baseball, Broadcasting, & Leisure House

In this special edition of Behind The Caution Tape featuring the podcast's first ever guest, CrashLit talks one-on-one with USC and University of Kentucky baseball alum Nick Lopez about his time at USC and UK, the highs and lows of his baseball career, and what inspired him to start Leisure House and how it has branched out and evolved since its founding. CrashLit also asks Nick about the next chapter of his life and why he is excited to return to Lexington to get involved in broadcasting for Bleed Blue Network. S1E18: Holiday Hooping

In this week's episode, CrashLit opens talking about the latest transfer news from the USC football team, before moving into the latest awards punter Eddie Czaplicki has won. He then talks about some changes on the coaching staff before previewing the Las Vegas Bowl against Texas A&M. He then talks about who made the AVCA teams from women's volleyball before talking about who is leaving the team, and the final ranking of the team. CrashLit then congratulates the soccer team on their coaching staff's award, and also discusses who is turning pro and where the team finished in the final poll. CrashLit then moves into talking about the lacrosse and men's volleyball schedules and what games appear to be the most intriguing. CrashLit then talks about women's basketball's big win against UConn and what to expect with Big Ten play starting this week. He then closes by talking men's basketball's two wins this week to close out non-conference play on a four-game winning streak.

S1E17: A Basketball Study Break

CrashLit opens the episode by previewing the 2025 football schedule before discussing the latest All-Conference and All-American Awards as well as the latest portal news. He then talks about the latest AVCA awards won by women's volleyball, and a recent portal departure. He then moves into soccer All-American Awards and a portal addition. Next, CrashLit talks about the men's and women's tennis schedules and what their first season in the Big Ten will look like. He then moves to talking about how women's basketball fared (and an interesting experience in the dark at Galen prior to Sunday's tipoff), and why they need to keep playing with this type of intensity against UConn on Saturday. CrashLit then closes out by talking about what a Muss Bus Christmas looked like at Galen Center, and what USC needs to do to finish the non-conference schedule with two wins.

S1E16: Hooping in LA

CrashLit opens the episode talking about some of the recruiting news, staff changes, and all-conference awards for football, as well as discussing what bowl game the Trojans will play in, and who their opponent will be. He then moves to talking about how men's water polo did in its bid to win the 2024 national championship. CrashLit then talks about how women's volleyball performed in the opening weekend of the NCAA tournament, and also who made the all-conference teams, and what milestones were broken this weekend. He then moves to talking about how women's basketball did last week, and why the remaining non-conference games matter, especially with a date with UConn fast approaching. CrashLit then closes out talking about how men's basketball fared in it's first two Big Ten games, and why closing out the non-conference schedule with three wins is important over the next two weeks.
