Notas del episodio
Jen and Dirk are heading back to Walnut Grove for “A Harvest of Friends,” the first regular episode of Little House on the Prairie—and the episode that shows us what this little community is really all about. When Charles Ingalls is seriously injured while working at Hanson’s Mill, the people of Walnut Grove rally together to help the Ingalls family, giving us an early glimpse of the friendships, struggles, and sense of community that would define the series.
For Jen, it’s a return to a familiar favorite. For Dirk, it’s another step into the world of Little House for the very first time. Together, they talk about the story, the characters, the moments that surprised them, the history behind Walnut Grove, behind-the-scenes trivia, and what was happening in the real world when this episode first aired in September 1974.
So grab a cup of coffee, pull up a chair, and join us Back to the Prairie: For the First Time!
