Uncanny Treks: X-Men Grand Design- X-Tinction (2019, Comic)

It ends in fire. Bob and Matt close out Ed Piskor's Grand Design trilogy with X-Tinction, the 2019 finale taking on the Dark Phoenix Saga and the climax of the era Piskor set out to canonize. Verdict: the best X-Men history lesson comics has ever produced.
