The First Shot

As Jimmy, Klara, Graves, and Powell ride a midnight train through East Germany, the tension becomes suffocating. Border guards patrol with precision, searching for signs of unrest as the train nears Gerstungen. When their forged identities are tested, a single misstep could mean capture or worse. But it’s not the team that draws fire—it’s a young dissident carrying leaflets, gunned down in plain sight. The chilling violence unfolds in total silence, a clear signal from the regime: the time for subtlety is over. With each mile, the team sees the truth—East Germany isn’t holding the line anymore. It’s unraveling. And Berlin is about to become ground zero.
