“Rules vs Respect”
por MADHAVII ROY
Today’s story is about a man whose simple gesture — still shines brighter than money.
My first day mistake which gave me a life lesson.
Some customers walk into a bank for transactions. Some Walk in with expectations. And some… walk in carrying an attitude that can ruin your entire day. Living abroad doesn’t mean you automatically understand everything. And respect doesn’t come with a passport stamp.
What would you do if the bank charged you just twenty-six rupees… wrongly?” Many of us would have ignored it. It Was Only ₹26 — But He Fought for 6 Months. A Rich Man, ₹26, and a Lesson Every Customer Should Hear
When rules clash with emotions… the real test begins. One complaint. One phone call. One big lesson.
