That seven degree spread mightn't sound wild, but wait till you feel those northwest winds gusting to 20 miles an hour. That's the kind of breeze that finds every gap in your jacket. Now here's where it gets interesting. Tonight, the bottom drops out. Northwest Arkansas plunges to 18 degrees by 5 A.M. Monday — wind chills diving to 17 degrees.
