Northern Arizona woke up to 9 degrees. Nine. The kind of cold where your nostrils stick together on the inhale. Meanwhile, down in Tucson, you're sitting at a cozy 35 degrees in your slippers. Central Arizona splits the difference at 43 degrees. Here's the thing. Up in Flagstaff, a light northeast breeze at 5 miles an hour makes that single digit air bite even harder. Bundle up if you're heading out. Down south, a lazy 2 miles an hour southeast wind barely ruffles a napkin.
