This week I rant on HP.com. The company that makes printers, and PC's etc. Have you ever tried to setup a basic home printer from HP? Inevitably you will have to call HP tech support, and even they run into roadblocks. I spent 90 minutes on the phone with them on my Saturday afternoon!
