- God hears Hezekiah's prayer when he is deathly sick and adds fifteen years to his life, but after Hezekiah shows his treasures to envoys from Babylon, Isaiah foretells that everything will one day be carried off to Babylon.
Acts 21:17 - 21:36
- In Jerusalem, James and the elders welcome Paul and advise him to join four men in a purification vow to show he still honors the law.
- Jews from Asia stir up the crowd with false claims that Paul brought Greeks into the temple, and Roman soldiers rescue him from the mob as the people shout, "Away with him!"
