Proverbs 19
- Better to be poor and walk in integrity than to be a fool with perverse speech and hasty decisions.
- A patient person shows great understanding, while quick-tempered anger displays folly; kindness toward the poor honors God.
Psalms 91 - 95
- Psalm 91 declares God's protection for those who dwell in His shelter, promising deliverance from dangers, angels guarding, and victory over enemies for those who love and trust Him.
- Psalm 92 praises God for His righteousness and mighty works, contrasting the flourishing of the righteous like trees with the doom of the wicked.
- Psalm 93 exalts the Lord as King clothed in majesty, whose throne is established forever and whose decrees are trustworthy.
- Psalm 94 calls on God as judge of the earth to arise against the arrogant wicked who oppress the righteous and mock faith.
- Psalm 95 invites joyful worship of the Lord as great King and Maker, urging people not to harden their hearts as in the wilderness rebellion.
