Company Towns and artificial intelligence have come to the USA, and there are fewer and fewer options for people to meet their basic needs. In the future, a GR community prepares to say goodbye to one of its members. The land that was once called the USA is owned by three giant corporations, and the survivors have to battle toxic air, acid rain, and unyielding earth as they work to build anew from the ashes of a collapsed empire.
