Over a 20-year span, Fur King or his designs have graced the pages and front covers of some of the most influential print and online magazines.

Alex Miller is a bonafide torch-carrying champion of traditional Country music, with an arresting voice, an infectious personality and charm to spare. Everything about Alex is exciting; he is wholesome and inspiring - with a baby face and an eager enthusiasm - and an air of explosive expectation surrounds him. This young man is going places … quickly … and his loyal fans are rushing to follow as his career takes another leap forward. Launched to global audiences during American Idol, Season 19, Alex is now happily reaping the benefits of that exposure. In a very short amount of time, he’s taken the stage at the Ryman Auditorium, performed at multiple high-profile State Fairs, (Kentucky, New York, Wisconsin, Washington), and opened for Hank, Jr, Josh Turner, Lee Brice, Rhonda Vincent and Shenandoah. Alex has been named Texas Roadhouse Artist of the Month (October 2021) and is set to sing a duet with Bluegrass superstar Rhonda Vincent for an upcoming Lee Greenwood Tribute concert. The biggest change for Miller is his signing to Nashville-based Billy Jam Records and the opportunities that brings. His first album, produced by noted Nashville songwriter and respected industry veteran Jerry Salley, is now complete and is due for release early next year. The project’s first single, “Don’t Let The Barn Door Hit Ya,” is a classic Western Swing tune that is sure to resonate with Alex’s fans – and set the stage for even more great music to come.

Chris is a worship leader by day and a drag queen by night. He grew up singing in the church because his mom was a Pentecostal preacher, but being gay, he never quite felt he could express his true self until he discovered drag. His drag persona is a gorgeous sassy woman named Nedra Belle. He performs weekly at the West End Lounge, hosting and singing live. Two years ago he had the opportunity to sing for Jennifer Hudson at a party for her Broadway show "The Color Purple," and she threw a shoe at him, which coming from their church background is the ultimate compliment.

The poet has been the library tech coordinator at St. Mark the Evangelist School on 138th Street since 2002, and released his second self-published poetry book, “Honey in Harlem,” earlier this year, but his words have been displayed in Harlem establishments like Revolution Books, Lenox Coffee and Red Rooster for years. David is very much a part of this New Harlem Renaissance, and his thoughtful poetry captures that elegantly,” Marcus Samuelsson, Red Rooster’s co-creator and chef has said. “His love of this community and teaching is evident as well as his passion for poetry and artistry.”

My sound is rock with a positive vibe and my biggest influences are John Mayer, Tom Petty, and Jason Mraz. My music starts from a place of poetry and creative inspiration, and I use my “rocket-scientist brain” to find structures that help me explore that initial burst of inspiration and feeling – like writing haikus, my favorite!
