A Missouri prosecutor is out of office after the state Attorney General alleged she was romantically involved with a man her own county was prosecuting, and signed her car over to him. Attorney General Catherine Hanaway filed a quo warranto petition, a judge immediately removed Ray County Prosecutor Camille Johnston pending litigation, and per Fox 2, Hanaway says Johnston was offered the chance to resign and refused. The allegations go further than one relationship, and Hanaway's own words about what Johnston used the court docket for have to be heard to be believed.
