por Kristian Bush and Cindy Watts
Temporada 1

After the Wine / Insomniac

Episode 4 is the swipe Kristian says will embarrass his kids. It's also the episode he hopes they don't listen to because they'll learn more than they wanted to know about their dad. In this episode, Kristian and Cindy dissect his soulful "After the Wine Wears Off," which he calls, "the song to talk you out of being my girlfriend." They paired it with "Insomniac," a '90s cut from Bush's early folk-rock band Billy Pilgrim, about how much he wants a girlfriend so he can sleep. Contradictory? Absolutely. It's also two sides of the same musician more than 20 years apart.

World Ain't As Bad / Babe

Kristian Bush knows an outside song is the right one to record when even he thinks it sounds like he wrote it. That's what these two songs have in common - Kristian didn't write either of them. Episode three pairs new "52" song "World Ain’t As Bad (As You Think)," written by Luke Dick, Ben Hayslip and Chase McGill with Sugarland/Taylor Swift duet "Babe," which Taylor wrote with Train's Patrick Monahan. Luke Dick is one of Kristian's favorite songwriters, and who doesn't love working with Taylor Swift? This week, hear the fun, inside stories on both!

Everybody Gotta Go Home / Tuesday's Broken

Kristian and Cindy are back. For episode two, they take a look at the second pre-release track from "52 - ATL X BNA," the first volume of songs from Kristian's upcoming four-volume, 52-song project, "52." This episode pairs the new grooving homecoming anthem, "Everybody Gotta Go Home" with the poignant, timely "Tuesday's Broken" from Sugarland's "Bigger" album.

Tennessee Plates / Baby Girl

Kristian and Cindy launch the podcast series with a look at Kristian's newest song, "Tennessee Plates," while also reminiscing about Sugarland's 2004 breakthrough radio hit, "Baby Girl." New episodes coming each week. Let us know what you think 52ThePodcast@gmail.com. @kristianbush @CindyNWatts
