Beliefs. Things that are true about the world that make the system work. And things that the system is designed to be true about you. This episode states them plainly. No case studies. No framework. Just twelve beliefs — defended specifically — that you can use as a filter for every decision you'll make from here.
— THE BUILD — Read the twelve beliefs. For each one — write whether you agree, disagree, or are uncertain. The ones you disagree with are the most important. Write one sentence defending your disagreement. That sentence tells you something important about the system you're actually building — versus the one this series describes. Both are valid. Knowing the difference is essential.
