The most common thing we hear: "I don't have a skill worth building a product around." It's never true. The person saying it is looking in completely the wrong place. This episode changes where you look — and shows you that the intersection of what you do easily, what people ask you for, and what you could talk about for hours is always already a product seed.

Answer the three intersection questions out loud. Say the answers — don't write them, say them. What do you do easily that others find hard? What do people already ask you for? What could you talk about for three hours? Where do those three answers overlap? Write one sentence describing that overlap. That is your product seed.
