How to get Scouted & Become a Pro Footballer

Top UK scout Jon Willis from UK Football Scouting, joins me on our podcast to discuss what it takes to become a pro football player and how to catch the eyes of scouts/coaches. Does size matter on the pitch? The difference a birth date can make and the key components any scout will be looking for in a player. Myself and Jon also take a look at the state of England's International team and how scouting is impacting performance at the very top.
