Happy Virgo Season and Happy September!

I recently took a trip to Iceland, it was amazing and I was with amazing people. It was cold though, and we camped. I had never been camping before - this part was totally out of my comfort zone and it got me thinking about how stepping out of our comfort zones help us grow and expand. Sometimes when its too far out though, its does the opposite and can completely stress us out.

It's important to know when its just too much, and to also know that your comfort zone won't kill you - its just going to keep you where you are.

It was good to be back on the microphone and talk to you all, I felt like it had been awhile. I hope you enjoy this week's episode.
